Thanks to some funding from the NT Government, we have taken small steps towards our goal of transforming the old Nauiyu Community Take Away shop into a fantastic club house and a gathering place for men and women.

Thanks to some funding from the NT Government, we have taken small steps towards our goal of transforming the old Nauiyu Community Take Away shop into a fantastic club house and a gathering place for men and women.

The visual transformation of the clubhouse is already evident with a new paint job featuring the Buffaloes logo on the side of the building. Visitors to Nauiyu will immediately understand the importance of the Buffaloes team to our community.


We are just getting started and there is plenty more work to be done. Our plans include refurnishing, repairing and restoring electrical appliances, re-installing cooking facilities, installing air conditioning, and applying a fresh coat of paint to the interior. These adjustments will transform our dream into a reality.



The energy of our players and community is palpable as we work towards completing this exciting project. We are confident that when the renovation is complete, it will be a huge milestone not only for the Footy club but for the wider community. The clubhouse will be a welcoming space for everyone to share stories, learn about our history, and connect with our dreams.
